Structure of Past Simple Tense.
Subject + V2 + (Object)
When do we use Past Simple Tense?
1. When the situation happened and already finished in the past.
I lived in Hungary two years ago.
John went to ABC shopping mall with Marry last weekend.
Past Simple Tense is used with time indicator words as below example.
Yesterday
XX ago
Last XX
once
etc.
2. With the repetitive action happens and finished in the past .
Marry wrote to her husband every week when he was in the army.
